If you don't want us to call, don't give your number!
A lot of younger women have a tendency to want to avoid saying
'no' to someone who tries to get their number even
if they don't actually like them. I guess they figure
it's more polite and easier to deal with guys by just
giving away their number and not returning calls but it's
really misleading and annoying.
Try to be honest and direct: If you don't want to give
out your number, just say so. Say you aren't comfortable
giving it out and leave it at that even if the guy's persistent.
It's better to be rejected that way than to waste time
trying to chase after someone who won't return your
calls.
