6 PACK ABS

Everyone seems to be worried about acquiring a 6 pack. Guys
don't kill yourself over the idea. Think about it for
a minute. Where do you see 6 packs? Well I don't know
about you but most of the time I see them in places like Muscle
and Fitness magazine, Flex magazine, bodybuilding competitions,
internet advertisements, posters, GQ, and so on. These
people count every single gram of food they eat and drink.
Most people don't have time for an intricate diet plan
like that. You guys struggle with that idea of perfection
just like us ladies do. (You just don't show it and talk
about it like females do.) Images of perfection are imbedded
in our brains. It is sad really. The best thing to do is get
those images out of your head and think about YOU. Aim to
change your body for the better but don't hurt yourself
trying because then you just end up quitting your diet and/or
exercise routine and get nowhere. Read books, magazines,
and research nutrition and fitness info on the internet
to learn more. Getting a better body requires knowledge
of both fitness and nutrition then it requires practice.
Practice until you integrate it smoothly into your lifestyle.
NUTRITION AND FITNESS IS A LIFELONG THING. I won't
use the word commitment since that might scare some of you.

SOME EASY THINGS TO DO TO GET STARTED:
-to lose a pound cut 500 calories a day (1 pound = 3500 calories)
so over the course of 7 days you will lose 1 pound
-incorporate fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet
-drink water all throughout the day
-read nutrition labels see what nutrients and amount of
calories are in the food or drink
-cut down or avoid carbonated drinks and candy
-try not to eat out at restaurants too much (too much sodium
and fat)
-as for exercise there is plenty to do, working out at home
is convenient, taking walks are great, running is even
better if you can, work out with weights, try to get 30 minutes
of exercise each day. What ever exercise you choose SWEAT
SWEAT SWEAT, if your not sweating you are not working hard
enough. if you are working hard and not sweating you may
not have enough water in your body, workout routines dont
always fit into our busy schedules but exercise when you
can, buy videos, magazines, get educated on exercise just
as you do nutrition you learn as you go!
