In Better Shape = Better Sex
Let's face it, a couple where both members are physically
fit is going to have better sex! First, there is the issue
of stamina, which comes with fitness. Regular weight training
addicts and bodybuilders tend to have stronger erections,
that last longer, and are able to recover much more quickly.
Then there is the question of sensitivity . . . the more you
exercise, the more sensitive your genetalia, the better
the orgasms for both of you. Finally, being with a physically
fit partner also leads to higher visual arousal!
How to get in shape? Aerobic exercise of at least 30 minutes
a day, every other day! In between, a good 45 minutes of lifting
weights. Mix your diet to include 12 times your body weight
and have a mix of 40% protein, 50% carbs, and 10% fat. Finally,
never underestimate rest! Sleep 7-8 hours every night,
no more and no less.
The end result? Better shape, better self image, better
