Stamina

A little FYI: cross-training helps improve stamina.


No, it won't help those guys who have trouble keeping
it up keep it up, BUT...


If you're goin' all fast and hard and wild and you're
finding that you poop out before, well, before you WANTED
to...you might want to consider shadow boxing, kickboxing,
fast aerobic workouts, and the like...jogging helps but
-- in my experience -- not as much as those workouts that
work the whole body.
